I think it was 28 inches square. Then I did the simple running stitch to tack down the tuck.Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00670017068516575306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6936759563200947460.post-71736403385746396512014-08-06T12:38:35.316-06:002014-08-06T12:38:35.316-06:00Hi! I also went over to the other blogger's link, but for some reason, when I submitted my email and name for the download she offers, I have not received the notification at my email. So, I was just curious, as to what type of fabric did you sew the prairie points to? And how large was your towel? (My email is: mgotelho21@gmail.com I have been a blogger since 2009, but lately with moves and grandbaby, etc... my blog has been MIA since March! :o)

Blessings & Aloha! I guess you have a few late nights ahead of you. ;o) I hope you'll tell us about some of your projects. I did find this yarn at Walmart, but it does seem to be getting harder and harder to find. It is called "Gumdrops" and is listed as #205 on the Peaches and Cream website at http://www.elmore-pisgah.com/ I'm sure you can order it from there or maybe from another favorite yarn catalog. When I can get free shipping, I like ordering from Herrschner's or Annie's Attic. They have a nice selection of cotton yarn, with lovely variegated colors. You could request those catalogs and dream, dream, dream - check my sidebar for a link.Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00670017068516575306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6936759563200947460.post-16273245394294393072011-04-19T17:52:51.575-06:002011-04-19T17:52:51.575-06:00Oh I am so inspired! The Prairie Points on the towels are so cute and the running stitch really sets it off. I want to learn how to do the crocheted edge on the towel, so I will be looking forward to your tutorial. Remember when you post it ~ I am a beginner, "crochet for dummies" is the approach I will be able to follow!!!!Greg and Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00971301563589708491noreply@blogger.com
